Mother's Day spritz cookies are easy baked cookies and loved by one and all.

Spritz Cookies Recipe

• 2 c- Butter kept at room temperature
• 1 c- sugar
• 1 ea- egg
• 1 ts- vanilla extract
• 3 1/2 c- all purpose flour
• 1/2 c- cornstarch

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Cream butter and sugar with the help of electric mixer, until it becomes light and feathery. Mix it in egg and vanilla.
• Now, add flour and cornstarch to it and mix until fully blended.
• Put the cookies over ungreased baking sheets.
• Bake for about 10 minutes or till it becomes light brown and firm.
• Put to racks and cool them.
